By memorizing and repeating the detailed movement patterns, you stimulate the left and right hemispheres of you brain creating healthy cross communication. This physically builds neural networks in 100 day cycles.
Tai Chi Gong has a strong focus on shifting the weight to the center of the bone. By training our most stable foot, ankle, knee and hip position, we strength the tendon, bone and surrounding muscle tissue
You can improve your circulation by doing any exercise but Tai Chi Gong's smooth and flowing movements relaxes the tension. This is like a wide open road without any traffic. Cars, like your blood moves with more ease and with less tension
The shifting of weight from one foot to the next stimulate the bones through piezo electric conductivity. This electricity and pressure stimulates the white blood cells produced in the center of the bone as well as lowers our cortisol levels to stay adaptogenic.
"Rust doesn't grow on a moving wheel" If we move and stretch the inside and outside of the body up, down, left right, inward, outward and spiraling there will be less rust to form because the energy is full and uninhibited.
Tai Chi Qong blends relaxed concentration, awareness, healthy movement and deep breathing. These are safe and healthy ways to combat high cortisol levels, unbalanced hormones and overall stress.
Keeping a charged battery is very important. If a car's battery is low, it won't turn on -- a smartphone or computer would be useless or a flashlight wouldn't shine bright enough without enough energy. Our food doesn't get broken down enough leading to constipation, acid reflux and IBS if our energy isn't full and even more importantly, balanced.
We have taken many years of curating a practice, guided by masters, to help you through any personal darkness encountered when cleaning and refining your inner self. We do this by offering a strong foundation in traditional Taoist meditative and energetic exercises. This is balanced against a modern biomedical understanding of functional movement and anatomy and rounded up with a passion for helping others achieve whatever their potential may be.
Taichiqong teaches you how build inner strength and resilience while setting the stage to teach others how to do the same. These simple yet detailed exercises guide Qi and Blood to areas of inner erosion. This provides your inner landscape with increased hydration, tone and vitality. Bringing your Mind to the feeling of these moving through these exercises increases the ability to gently restore a normal functioning of our body.
Fu Zheng Tai Chi Gong 1 you learn the essential 13 postures of Taichichuan. These postures are practiced working clockwise then counterclockwise on the compass pulling the student through the five directions (N, E, S, W, C). One set is practicing the form both left and right sides of the body, moving the 13 postures, through the 5 directions 10 times for completion in 20 minutes (chi cycle).
Fu Zheng Tai Chi Gong 2 you build the hips, waist and feet, by practicing lower stances and single leg balancing. Cloud hands, Low Single Whip and Repulse Monkey are learned. These exercises strengthen the lower frame of the body to prepare for the kicking in form 3. Upper body skills include training in Taichi Ball and the first 5 Fu Zheng exercises to build energy and rooting.
Fu Zheng Tai Chi Gong 3 you build the inner strength to execute spinning, kicking, raising, lowering and changing of directions all on one leg. Keeping the precise movements controlled and breath-centered will be even more challenging. Additional Taichi Ball practices, Fu Zheng exercises and seated Meditation are also taught to refine the sensitivity and inner vision.

Our desire to create professional certifications stemmed from the lack of standardization within American Tai Chi / Qigong communities. Training is often overly simplified or elusively taught.
Our aim is to promote a clearer understanding of these ancient practices. We offer traditional practices on a modern platform. Our hope is to see each student cultivate their own way of practicing and expressing these arts with a blend of online and/or in-person learning.
All live trainings are kept small and private which encourages open communication and a clearer connection to your class. On-demand videos supplement your training for reference to posture, form and intention of movement.
Our certifications are built upon a strong foundation of modern biomechanics and energetic anatomy. We have trained in both eastern and western functional and energetic anatomy and physiology and offer this wisdom to each student.
With over two decades of experience in health, healing and traditional internal arts, we are excited to share our passion so we can take root to rise together.
