- Full payment is due after services are rendered.
- We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, HSA cards and offer discounts on point of service cash payments. We also accommodate financially burdened patients with flexible pricing options.

- 30 minutes late may cancel your appointment - No call, no show 3 or more times may cancel your ability to book again - Same day cancel 3 or more times: $20 charge
- Please allow a 10 minute flexibility window at your appointment for both yourself and for our schedules.
