- Full payment is due after services are rendered.
- Payments accepted:
- CASH - $5 point of sale discount-no change provided, exact amount only
- CREDIT CARD - all major cards are accepted
- HSA/FSA - most cards accepted
- CHECK - personal or bank certified

- 30 minutes late may cancel your appointment
- No call, no show 3 or more times may cancel your ability to book again
- Same day cancellation 3 or more times: $20 charge
- Please allow a 10 minute flexibility window at your appointment for both yourself and for our schedules.
